  • Compile a detailed list of standard sales questions and add your industry specific questions, which will be asked at the initial interview stage by Burne & Walsh consultants and report the results to you along with our personal opinions on the candidates suitability for the intended role.
  • We shall interview candidates at our prestigious offices in Slough or similar quality offices, which form part of the Regus Office Group throughout the UK. Candidates will form an impression even at first interview stage that they are applying for a position with a company with a professional approach and of high standards and quality.
  • Treat both Client and Candidate with care and understanding and always communicate throughout the recruitment process. 
  • At your request, we shall be responsible for relaying the good news as well as the bad news to candidates that have been successful/unsuccessful at any stage of their application.
  • Convey a friendly, professional image of your company at all times and maintain confidentiality of any information passed to us during and after the assignment.
