pre-screen the suitability of applicants by means of a
detailed checklist of requirements such as educational
background, relevant experience, age, location, driving license, car owner, technical qualifications, etc.
- Compile
a detailed list of standard sales questions and add your
industry specific questions, which will be asked at the
initial interview stage by Burne & Walsh consultants and
report the results to you along with our personal opinions
on the candidates suitability for the intended role.
- We
shall interview candidates at our prestigious offices in
Slough or similar quality offices, which form part of the
Regus Office Group throughout the UK. Candidates will form
an impression even at first interview stage that they are
applying for a position with a company with a professional
approach and of high standards and quality.
- Treat
both Client and Candidate with care and understanding and
always communicate throughout the recruitment process.
